We have calculated that on-average, our corporate employees take 6 months to become self-sufficient in their respective roles. We know there are a wide variety of solutions to this challenge, but we are struggling to identify the option which meets the unique needs of our infrastructure and internal politics. Please use your own experience as a new employee to suggest ways for us to cut-down the employee onboarding period to under 3 months.
