We’ve recently seen multiple submissions in the “random idea” challenge related specifically to moments within the customer journey that cause inconvenience or disruption both internally and externally. The effect of this is detrimental to our customer experience, brand identity, and internal continuous improvement initiatives. Please identify and submit any processes or issues within the customer journey that you believe could be improved upon. If you have a solution, great!
