Millennials are often at the forefront of adopting new technologies and practices, but are sometimes stifled in their efforts to instigate change by bureaucratic policies or top-down culture. In our highly disrupted industry, we must utilize the collective intelligence of our most innovative employees, and make “tech-scouting” the responsibility of all colleagues.
