This is required. We have local process using webform ticketing, tracking of SLO, and manual communications from Welcome Letter, phone, updating hiring manager and face-to-face orientations. This app or tool can take the entire flow and deliver all the above and more digitally; and with self-service by manager to know that his/her new hire has approved required policies, received a laptop, and has signed off their orientation with person white-glove touch IT person. Care has to also be taken on what the new hire has received in assets and when they exit to also perform the necessary collection and preservation of information (legal hold, etc) per local market requirements.
