sorry I will be a bit challenging ... as a user....
I feel that we may have to spend a lot of money/time in different places if we want this tool to be roll out every where....it is really worth to do it...?
I am still not sure what I will win versus today.... I have no real issue with the current outlook system, especially because you can see what are the current booking plan.
adding another process may means adding again another link to go... and users may feel 'oh again another tool....'
my challenge really here is about simplifying and reducing the number of tools in order to make sure we are more efficient in our daily work....
