If I visualize; I see that there are two processes PDP and Talent Assessment and as an outcome they have two dimensions/interactions . . . . A. The Line Manager and Employee Interactions . . . B. and the Line Managers to Company . . .
Today Line Managers do calibrations for both the processes but only PDP results are visible to the employee today but in future the Talent will also be visible on the H2R platform.
Just thinking; what would be the alternative performance and talent assessment processes after elimination of the calibration/fine-tuning/relevance checking; which would then help the employee to know how he/she is dong in his or her role . . .
