Thanks for your contirbution. The timing for this project might not be ideal, but I don't think a better opportunity will be coming along any time soon, and so we must act, either now or never.

Yes maybe you are right, we definitely need to take action in order to improve our results going forward, i'm not 100% convinced that this is our best option, but we should definitely give it further assessment and see how it holds up against other ideas within this system.

Our competitors have tried something like this before and failed, I don't think that it will work at this point. We need to win our market share back first.

This is a great idea. there hasn't been a reward scheme that really explores the possibilities opened up by the latest tech and social media. I'd like to see what we could come up with in this area.
